Yes. Every client's data is completely isolated — your business data is never mixed with anyone else's. We use enterprise-grade encryption and our infrastructure runs on a global edge network for speed and reliability.
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. We also offer annual prepay for a significant discount — pay for 10 months, get 12.
What if my agent gets something wrong?
You have full access to your agent's training material through your client portal. Update it anytime — corrections take effect immediately. You can also review conversation logs to see exactly what your agent is saying.
Can I have multiple agents for different brands?
Yes. Each additional agent/brand is $149/month. Each gets its own name, personality, voice, training, and phone number — completely separate from your other agents.
